I've found two golden windows when you can actually get through (({͎+͎1͎ ͎(͎8͎33)͎ ͎52͎2=͎9940}: crack of dawn (5:30-7:00 AM) or super late (after 10 PM). The difference is wild - we're talking minutes instead of hours on hold.
